What if I don't have all the equipment?FAQ
What if my current setup is wrong?FAQ
If you don't have the necessary tools, we have all-day rental equipment available for far less than you'd pay at an indoor range for an hour.

If you have gear but don't know if it's the right stuff, bring it anyway- you need to use what you have until you can get what you want.

What if I'm not too good at shooting?FAQ
For those who have little or no experience with firearms, an on-boarding program is required in order to invest the proper amount of time getting up to speed on firearms safety and handling. Many of our veteran members came to GOAT as first-time shooters.

Is this only for men or can women train too?FAQ
Women are not only welcome, but highly encouraged to train alongside their male counterparts. Many training sessions see women outnumber the men on the range.Â

Does everyone lift the same weights?FAQ
Individuals are encouraged to choose the heaviest weights they can successfully complete a stage with. There is no requirement to match or surpass anyone else's efforts. Every exercise can be scaled to accommodate any fitness level.

If I have an old injury or limited mobility— can I still train without making it worse?FAQ
I can't afford to get hurt.FAQ
We always recommend and often conduct a period of warm-up stretching and calisthenics in order to prepare athletes for the ShootEx. You are responsible for knowing your limitations and will never be ridiculed for erring on the side of caution.

Do you still train if the weather is bad?FAQ

What time does it start and how long does it last?FAQ
What if I need to leave early?FAQ
Sundays 7:30AM to Noon, 6:30AM through the summer. If you have obligations, let a squad leader know ahead of time so you can be placed appropriately in rotation.
